The 90% figure is misleading because it is not one shareholder one share but rather than one shareholder can hold many shares.

This 90% of shares can be voted in favor of NWBO management without anywhere close to 90% of individual, living breathing (many of whom are working stiffs with small positions) voting that way. With rampant share count inflation these small shareholders could have less than 100k shares and yet for them that represents a lot of money.

If you can show me where each shareholder was considered and the count says 90% of them voted in management’s favor then that’s a valid point.

All of the above leaves aside the fact that many dissident shareholders voted with management because they at least gave us TLD and because the gun of an R/S is held to our heads (or worse since NABO management is known to burn the place down out of spite and patients be damned if the Neil
Woodford history is anything to go by and it is). Thus a vote with management can be called support but support is a fraught concept just like someone might vote for one candidate in a one party system (like USSR or NWBO) or a two party system like the USA and not really support most or all of what they do.
