These two seem too similar imo. Look at Bitcoin Alley/Digital Vision Holdings Offering Statement from 2020 and now Hermesus from 2022

It now looks like Hermesus just began a round of notes and equity offering here, similar to what Bitcoin Alley did a few years ago. Their presentations seem to be almost identical.

Peter Mikhailenok seems to be connected to Bitcoin Alley/Vision Digital Holdings, Hermesus and Alpha Capital.

I’m not saying this is going to be a merger in CSUI but something could still be going on behind the scenes, especially with Scott renewing VDH in Florida recently. Maybe he has dropped the whole Crypto aspect and now it’s just real estate. BA and VDH websites seem to no longer be working. Maybe for the SEC filing purposes and OTC descriptions he had to list Real Estate until it changes. Dunno. Hopefully we know soon enough.
