I should add about that 3 year reliability thing. As I recall that was for a single patient. AD patient rate of decline for an individual is variable. If the test is run on a good day for example vs a day the patient is having a bad day that will skew the results. Also, some AD patients hit a plateau for a while.

For a larger group those effects tend to average out which is one reason AD trials tend to be large.
