wow a board about bbq and smokers, etc. I'm a newbie and was starting to look up whether or not you can "do your own" smoked fish, esp. salmon, without all the salt that you get commercially.

This may be a stupid question, but I figured I should get an answer to that first as salt seems to be the key to high blood pressure for most out there.
