Those types of attacks are down right hilarious. Of course companies from 1930 aren't the same as companies on there today, but it is representative of returns on those exchanges nonetheless. Tell me you wouldn't buy Blockbuster when it was starting up because you knew you couldn't hold it for 50 years? On what planet does that make sense? Industries change, tech changes especially today, and there are always winners and losers. Picking the right ones is what separates investors from winning and losing trades. Much bank to be made if you're on the right side, MONI appears to be such a vehicle.
