-await approval based on met endpoints of pivotal 2b/3 trial
AND ALSO
-prep for an AA approval which requires confirmatory trial.

First option takes X? months. If it does not take place, we'd then have to apply for AA, takes XX months, and develop a confirmatory trial.

Why wait - cover both contingencies now.
