Furthermore - where we sit today and probably for the next handful of years - even hyperscale data centers are likely to only need a small percentage of their transceiver needs in 400/800Gbps capacities

That sounds very different than what Dr. Lebby said which implied that all transceivers would be replaced at the same time in a given data center. Did that comment surprise you? Or can you clarify in case I have misunderstood what you have written?
