The parameters for acceptance to NASDAQ are, from our present standpoint, lofty indeed. As I recall, $4.00 per share for a given time, "X" amount of assets and "X" amount of shareholders top the list. The "something big" could easily be the FDA approval of the fat burner. I dunno. But, they must have something on their mind or it wouldn't have been mentioned in the interview.
