No. There may be confusing numbers as indicated on updated ASHM FORMS. Earlier forms also show 1 million or more shares for VC. Other forms reflect an amount dating back to 2018 as 240 thousand shares. The difference might be in the extension of the awarded stock options which seem to be being counting as voting rights.

I think it would be a big deal if an insider or former insider bought shares of any kind period! But acquiring option shares for disposal is not even worth the option price right now even if they were acquired.

There has been no insider activity for awhile now other than to sell, not buy.
