It's got to be illegal to announce a deal that you know is pure fiction. SAGA has about as much access to $250M as I do (which is to say, not at all). ENZC announced a deal they knew would never happen and pumped up the stock price. Of course, as soon as everyone realized the $250M was pure fiction, that price went back to where it had been before their BS PR. I can only imagine that the SEC frowns on this kind of duplicitous self dealing. Meanwhile, I continue to be nothing more than an angry bag holder. What a fucking shame.
