The sad fact is that Tim simply can’t be trusted. He is a well documented liar and sadly many investors (if not most at this point) have near zero faith in his word alone. So, yes, Tim should show investors that he actually completed the task (in this case the IND filing) that was advertised in his PR.
1. Phase 3 FDA launch approval in fall of 2021 - that was a lie
2. Promise to file EUA - that was a lie
3. Costco deal for QM - that was a lie
4. Previous phase 3 info sent to clinical trials (and somehow concealed from the public because Tim won’t check the box) - that was a lie
5. Phase 3 clinical trial was listed as “ongoing” for months - that was a lie
6. Tim’s claims of suing frustrated investors - that was a lie
7. Ards expansion filed and waiting on a phone call from the FDA - that was a lie

He lies, and I truly believe this “new” IND filing is just another lie.
