Things would be much better (maybe) if the filings were on time.

Things, however, are better than they ever have been for this company in terms of prerequisites for a project launch.

In Tuskegee we have multiple financial partnerships, a significant vertical construction loan pre-approval, and a general contractor that merged with TPTW which enables them to initiate the project and hire subcontractors to begin construction.

Tuskegee is a launching pad for TPTW. I think they are really working hard to achieve liftoff because many other things will fall into place once they get that going.
