They have destroyed the value of this stock all the while Danzik has been quietly purchasing tens of thousands of shares of FLCX.

$18+ per share prior to this merger announcement, to sub $1, in a matter of a couple of months?

None of these feels right, and some time spent on google will show that Danzik is a serial bankruptcy filer.
