This is something that you don't have to take anyone's word for ... reach out to the FDA yourself and ask what the turnaround time is on how long it takes to receive confirmation that an IND application was received. Tim is a documented liar, and this sadly is looking like just another damn lie. I truly don't believe he filed (would love to be wrong). Feels like phase 3 may not be in the cards ... Tim isn't going after UofM/Dr. Patel to get the initial trial on track, appears this "new" trial is another lie (doesn't appear to energy in following up for confirmation), and he has yet to secure funding for the trial. He was given life changing treatment and fumbled the ball ... damn sad. All of that dilution ... where does the money go? CONsultants ... dream vacation property ... gifted shares ... inflated CEO salary ...
