These peeps starting to tick me off with there stupidity, I don’t think you are required to show them the acknowledgment letter, these people seem to think you are required to show them to acknowledgement letter as soon as the fda gives it to you stating they received your email and if you don’t answer then the trash investors are calling you a liar and everything else saying you didn’t send a email in the first place because no acknowledgment letter they haven’t seen.
Tim, can you just clarify and I’m on your side, I want you to clarify for the trashers sake that even if you did receive the acknowledgment letter you aren’t required to show it to them, just so I can bring that up to fight this trash they are spewing out, they seem to think you are required to show them to acknowledgment letter and since you haven’t they are calling phase 3 a lie but the acknowledgment letter is not a material event and I don’t believe you have to show them it, can you clarify so I can throw it out there to shut them up about the acknowledgment letter bullcrap.
