Dear Máximo Pacheco, I can think of 17 internationally-based Whitey/gringo investors tied to the 17 different junior lithium miners currently at a complete standstill in Chile who can't get a simple exploitation lithium mining permit in Chile because of you (and the Gang of 7 extortionists) who see Codelco as a very real threat.

Dear Máximo Pacheco, you are focking broke and in debt and sworn to pump ever-increasing profits into the voracious Chilean welfare system on the leftist ruling party's whim. You have no money to invest in the lithium miners but yet you want 51% of the junior lithium miner's equity/investment/company for free.
