I like your observation about big mess into manageable pieces. That is certainly true and I never thought of it in that way. It seems like an obvious approach but it is deceptively difficult to do it in practice. Givens has….and to Ferris’ credit he let him do it and is obviously onboard with the effort (evidence being Burlend).

Let’s hope the Sales Org fix is well underway.
