Kunstler's popularity peaked with the "Peak Oil Hoax" for which he was a prominent spokesman, and with his 2005 book "The Long Emergency" about peak oil supposedly leading to the end of industrialized society.


As I've noted many times previously, Donald Trump and Fox News have been remarkably successful in weaponizing mentally disturbed people.

Of course they're violently opposed to the majority of Americans they call "the deep state".

We're not only deeply entrenched in American society but we also far outnumber the kooks.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
