What should I tell my brother-in-law about NWBO?

Dear fellow iHubbers:

My long-retired brother-in-law (in his 80s) just returned from a cruise to Portugal with my sister.

He has had good success investing in small-cap companies over the years, and he bought a small stake in NWBO a couple of years ago after hearing me talk about it. He's been a member of the American Association of Individual Investors and the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC) for many years, and is a certified financial planner. Let's just say he knows his way around an annual report.

He just sent me this email:

Hi XXXX,
After watching NWBO slowly drift down over the last few months, then make a small rebound, I was wondering what you make of their prospects these days. What's the blog-o-sphere got to say?

What do you think I should tell him?
