Avoid distraction. I mean what analysis has been offered on the bullish case for ECSL ?? Close the deal and magically the stock will rise to unseen prices ...... everything else (how, what, when) is irrelevant ? I expect it's just a bit more complicated than "if I say it .... it will happen". Bigger and better than EVA !

As you stated there's a build out here as well. MO MONEY that doesn't presently exist.

And to your point on deeper and better conversations ...... as I have stated from the beginning, this deal doesn't happen without other industry players coming to the table. And those need to be nearly concurrent with the closing of the Lorton deal .... i.e. the secondary deals more or less have to be agreed upon before Lorton deal closes. How else does ECSL make it's case to lender for money ..... has to have a plan that is pretty much signature ready. So waiting on other conversations .... IMO ..... some of that .... has to be .... to get the base deal done. Remember that ECSL doesn't bring diddly to the table. How would ECSL be paying the lender back without having a detailed plan on how they will generate money and when ?
