I really hope that is true, but I fear - the longer the wait, the less chance of completing the close. I also think the opportunity costs missed so far could have attributed millions of $ to the bottom line had closing already occurred. The build out will take time, years to get to the end of phase three in the original videos/plans (which have changed, I know). If build out had started 2 years ago, where would we be (and at a higher price point I'd hope than today). Those deeper and better conversations could have occurred after our close, so whatever discussion around waiting because more stars are aligned today still negates the revenue missed these last couple of years.
