1) Ok the O/S went up 50 Million , folks were asking where. PG 1
2) It came from Valentin Dimitrov, if you notice on PG 3, there are NO LONGER any E Series Preferred Shares
3) Where did they go ? Go to PG 7, you will see on March 31, 2023 they were converted into Common Shares (Unrestricted) They converted from "E" Series Preferred shares to 50 Million Common Shares.
4) Is this bad, NO. Valentin Dimitrov has always been a FRIEND to the NEW ENZC. This was a LEGAL MOVE (with Charles C I am sure behind it to protect the VIRO side movement into Africa . Remember VIRO is a subsidury of ENZC.

Do not forget , Dr Kirsten Bischof , who originates out of Africa with various impressive Medical, Teaching Medical Research , is well connected as we know with Chandra ( and another AI expert) and just recent announced by Charles C will NOW BE the ENZC CIO, Chief Intellectual Officer and is involved in the African Rollout .
