With 12.5 million new pre funded shares received by this " instutional Investor " believe May 9th according to the last 10Q and the stock at 0.0165 a new wave of shares could be sold . Interesting they went ahead received the shares right before the meeting on the 11th and 18th of May. They perhaps thought there would be a major interest in CRTG and tons of demand for the stock after these events which did not happen so selling in a very low demand market the stock goes lower and lower. GREAT shareholder meeting GREAT UPDATE WITH EXCELLENT NEWS OF WHAT Coretec is doing and plans for 3rd and 4th quarter look very good . But that did nothing for the stock side of the company which needs attention to what they are doing . So how does that happen ?? Im sure the company is trying to figure that out . Coretec needs an invite on MSNBC , the stock channel NOW TO GET THE WORD OUT !!
