It’s amazing to see a stock trade $100.00 worth of shares and it’s down 25%. LMAO!!

I cannot wait to see hundreds of thousands of shares trade on material event NEWS!!

Maybe millions of shares!!

It’s going to look like a SpaceX launch, LMAO.

Especially when there are very little shares available, as nearly everyone is holding for dollars.

It may not be this week, or this month, but when it happens, and McAlister starts dropping bombs, we’ll all be very happy to own shares. I know I will!!!

The potential here is huge!!! And it’s being completely ignored by the markets, until it isn’t!!!

P.S. ~ No bashers yet. No DILUTION EITHER. Scott knows NOT TO DILUTE. He’s shown that for a year now!!! He won’t dilute until the stock is in the dollars and then he’ll maybe take 10.0 million shares (approximately) from the AUTHORIZED, do a “secondary offering with a detailed “USE OF PROCEEDS”, then the 45,000,000 shares outstanding will increase by a MODEST 10.0 million shares to 55,000,000 shares outstanding AND McAlister will have $10.0 to $20.0 million in the bank.

P.S.S. ~ Usually, when a company dilutes, the stock goes down by the amount of the dilution. For example, 20% shares offered in SECONDARY OFFERING, share price goes down 20%. In this case, for many reasons, I think it won’t have much effect. With $10.0-$20.0 million in cash in the bank, I don’t think we’ll see much of a share price drop, or if we do, it won’t be for very long, in fact, in this case here, you could see an exception to the rule. Why? Because Scott McAlister will have a huge sum of cash to work with, he’ll be loaded with ammunition for more acquisitions.

As these are opinion boards, I really don’t have to say “this is all just my opinion”, but I better say it anyway. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION!!

Time will tell if I’m right or not.
