But, how much of Federal money will the foundation/ASU legally qualify for? And, under the terms of the Federal funding Is it legal for the money to move to CLNV for construction of facility(s)? Why does the agreement written between ASU/Walton and CLNV specifically separate the participatory responsibilities between the two parties with funding identified as solely provided by CLNV? Much clarity needed before we jump to conclusions. Little knowledge of these type transactions. Not an expert by far so my rambling may be easily answered by those with knowledge.
