The SPAC deal is complete BS - the patents are old a worthless as they don't have any commercial value and in the last ten years they haven't been monetized.

But the funniest company pump was that SAGA was going to pay $250M for 2 worthless shells.

ITV-1 is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable regulatory agencies elsewhere in the world.

And ENZC hasn't done any FDA approved clinical trials for ITV-1.

ALL of the misinformation is coming from the company and I believe because of the SAGA deal the SEC will be interested in the big $250M deal.
