NWBO does not get the benefit of the doubt they work so hard to create by their limited communication and their ambiguity when they do communicate.

While there might be things NWBO cannot legally share or they find politically inexpedient to share they used up their credibility to hide those things by being slick for so many years with everything else they could legally share and either did not share or used ambiguous language about which a reasonable person in their place had to know would confuse shareholders desperately trying to glean something out of the little made available.

I’m sure it’s all legal for them to have done since management is dominated by lawyers and lawyers are effectively only regulated and subjected to oversight by other lawyers. I say this because lawyers own one branch of government (the judiciary) and have hooks deep in the other two.

It’s still not right however and we’ll see if they can make it right by results. The problem is that a college paper turned in after multiple extensions is granted is seldom a great work.
