NOTE 2 - GOING CONCERN AND LIQUIDITY CONSIDERATIONS

The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and the liquidation of liabilities in the normal course of business. At January 31, 2023 the Company had a loss from operations, for the six months ended, of $164,051, and an accumulated deficit of $14,787,344 and negative working capital of $1,024,803 The Company has not yet established an ongoing source of revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs and allow it to continue as a going concern.
