What kind of "updates" are you talking about? Didn't Sharp say a year or so ago that he was going to take care of this matter but still hasn't. Why? Maybe because he can't get this audited? I dunno, but, again, what "Updates"?

As I explained with the SEC Administrative Proceeding - they can keep having as many extensions as they want until Sharp understands the SEC Administrative Judge will never find in his favor - but Sharp wants to keep the extensions going because he can blame the SEC for him not doing anything.

But GS remains silent about it. Why?
