As I explained with the SEC Administrative Proceeding - they can keep having as many extensions as they want until Sharp understands the SEC Administrative Judge will never find in his favor - but Sharp wants to keep the extensions going because he can blame the SEC for him not doing anything.

The uninformed will think that Sharp is beating down the SEC - when in fact the SEC has cracked Sharp's head and made him like it.

So much for Sharp being wired in to the SEC, FINRA and the OTCM - Sharp is Persona Non Grata with these groups.

And he became a OTC bottom feeder when he started hijacking shells.
