It takes approx 15 minutes to pole the material no matter how many devices. Is it the entire wafer at the same time? A quarter of the wafer? Who the F knows?! Doesn't matter!!!!! It's not WEEKS as you fretted. Jesus.

KCC, it would appear that full wafer poling is something very different than individual device poling. You seem to be treating them as one and the same. It may be that I'm reading Dr Lebby wrong - that he was referring to the AUTOMATION of full wafer poling as the thing they were looking for a partner on.

I highly doubt that a temperature raise is fixing all of their poling problems. But, I guess if they finally got the right PERK formula (Series 5), anything is possible.
