I can see how some might bleeve that, if they didn't know better.

Hay, for those who followed my advice earlier today and accumulated at 0.0002, this dead turd closed up 50% from there, for a nifty one-day profit of 50% if it was possible to buy at 0.0002 and sell at 0.0003, which, unless one is an MM, it wasn't.

The way I would try to sell this crap to folks is to pitch them with the wisdom that "Hay, the most you can lose here is 0.0003 - why not take a chance because the upside is unlimited. You can't win it if you're not in it!"
