Matt Kappers : an NDA is a major step in what we hope will be a fruitful relationship. major companies we have NDAs with don't go through the time money and effort they go thru to enter in an NDA unless they are interested I what we are doing . we hope these will result in a fruitful relationship. successfully secured key relationships with vendors to supply materials , successfully coated silicon nanoparticles , testing data proves our concept works , we filed a patent for a novel invention, we have in house testing equipment to accelerate development ,have access to characterization instruments to analyze our materials, and have and will continue to build relationships with key partners and industry player s. so what's next >>> Ramez.. forecasting next steps ...go from R&D to having material that's ready for commercialization.this is were he showed the Q 1 thru Q 4 he said we think are aggressive. He said he thinks we can hit all these milestones without any difficulty.as we continue to do our materials development over the next quarter or so ..with materials discovery and evaluating those materials in half cells then pushing that to full cell where we start to see where our anode materials are behaving in a actual battery we are really pushing that to making pouch cells pouch cells are whatt are nessissary for meeting the demands of the EV. So by the end gof the year our plan is to have a 1 amp hour pouch cell which is modest size pouch cell we think will give us very clear indicator of how this material stands and with regard to eventually putting it into a battery pack. So all these steps are takin with that goal in mind
