Since all I and probably most here care about at this point in time is the timeline to commercialization, that's what I look for in their PRs. There was nothing in this PR that gives us any further insight about that. If you want to see that as my attempt to be "negative" you can, but I see it as an honest appraisal of the messaging we continue to get re commercialiation.

I am skeptical of his claim that the patent makes a difference with their negotiations, and if it does - ie if they have not been able to come to a commercial agreement because they patent had not been issued, then I think it is annoying/misleading that he never informed us that it was a hurdle.

But I didn't "twist" anything.
