tlo, I think they worked with the OTC Markets staff Jan/Feb to prepare the application for submission? I hold a few stocks whose management released an 8K/PR to announce the actual submission of the applkication. I have not seen that here and it was not mentioned further in a shareholders update so who knows at this point.

I imagine there is much gamesmanship, jockeying for position and cloak and dagger stuff going on behind the scenes, imo.

I'm hoping for a shareholder's update soon, we are due. They could be waiting for a specific catalyst to happen though.
