They were unable to reduce expenditures like payroll. In fact, expenditures grew.

PPS and FUNN's fundamentals have NOTHING to do with having an IR dept or ineffective Marketing Director.

It does have to do with poor management - as proven by its long history of failures.

They need to decrease payroll. How about $0 to BenDodger and Board of Directors?
Getting rid of Marketing Director.
