Bobby T created a whole slew of LLC’s in mid-Feb 2023 in both CA and WY.

Direct Power LLC was one of them.

Doesn’t change the fact that he ran to Bakersfield from MPS and PEN creditors, imo fraudently told the loan company that installations were completed when the weren’t so he could get paid by the loan company. Left customers high and dry with systems that did not work with the loan company breathing down their necks for payments.

Being sued by many contractors, factors, and other vendors.

As Bobby T would say “I’m sure it’s just a mix up in communications”…lol.
