Another question - how many of us long NWBO shareholders are in fact 'owed' actual shares from these market makers like Citadel, Virtu, etc.? I know my broker (Fidelity) shows that I own shares, but if CITADEL and others vanish as a result of numerous spoofing lawsuits, who must deliver the shares? I would think the brokerage firms have a fiduciary obligation to us account holders. If the 7 Defendants vanish or are unable to deliver, then who is left holding the bag?
