Staelin knows what is going on, all right. He knows that if he doesn't give Kelly money -- a LOT of money -- she can't keep the doors open.

He also knows that there ARE no shares available for convertible loans -- the A/S is 25 billion and the O/S is 24.7 billion.

He also knows that revenues for the past six reported months were horrible.

He also knows that the Corporation is FORFEITED in Maryland.

Yes, he is a very smart man and he knows what is going on. Pity that shareholders don't. No, "Nuff Said" doesn't really describe the situation here -- "Nothing Said" describes the situation.

"The good doctor" is not a shareholder, of course -- historically, he dumped billions of shares immediately after converting loans, and he currently owns ZERO SHARES. "He is a very smart man and knows what's going on" and he doesn't own any of this stock...... hmmmm.....
