Let me correct you--what I said was--"When there's something to cheer about I'll admit it." ( https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171908804 ). I did just that in my first post today..in bold red letters.

Secondly, yesterday I wrote "If everything is finalized and proven legit I'll have no problem buying in at higher prices." ( https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171917978 ).

Here's what the PR today says--

"The Parties agree that, at closing, through the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, ByoPlanet-which owns all intellectual property and trademarks of Good Salt and BP International- will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of PLPL and conduct operations under the PLPL corporate entity."
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PLPL/news/ByoPlanet-Announces-Completion-of-Share-Exchange-Agreement-with-Plandai-Biotechnology?id=401144

"At closing" clearly refers to an event that has yet to happen as does the phrase "WILL become." I suggest people scroll down to their "Safe Harbor Statement" which says

Forward-looking statements are generally identifiable by the use of words like "may""will,"," "should," "could," "expect," "anticipate," "estimate," "believe," "intend," or "project" or the negative of these words or other variations on these words or comparable terminology. The reader is cautioned not to put undue reliance on these forward-looking statements,

IMO the word "contemplated" is one of those "other variations" their disclaimer warns about. The phrase "will become" can also be construed as variation of "expect," "anticipate, intend." IMO the deal may not be well and truly closed yet otherwise different verbiage would have been used (Tad's a lawyer and knows the importance of words).

That being said...I >>DO<< expect the deal IS likely done or soon will be.

Now, as far as my saying "I'll have no problem buying in at higher prices"...gave neither a time, date or price when that might happen. I clearly predicated it on the parties being legit AND the merger being "finalized." However, anyone who has followed my posts has read my repeated warnings about reverse splits pulled by new managements. IMO PLPL is clearly a bloated pig with 75% of the authorized shares now issued and outstanding. So yeah, I expect a R/S along with a huge proportional increase in the A/S.

I look for a company name change fairly soon. After that, FINRA will likely approve a ticker symbol change. IMO a R/S will likely follow soon after. Once the dust settles from that (with old bagholders likely destroyed) I'll look at the business performance of the company based on verifiable fundamentals. If they're good then I'll consider buying at $.01, .10 or even $1.00.

Hope this helps clarify my position. Congratulations on a 60% gain today.
