Actually it's a 35,000-unit housing project in WEST Africa (The Ivory Coast) and NNC is scheduled to start delivering homes in Q3 THIS YEAR! Presumably this deal will be finalized once TMF Corp. successfully completes its production test run of NexBoards -- a milestone event which will, according to public statements on the matter, trigger additional mega-sales to large US-based home builders / developers.
