I think we can see the call Thursday will be a " heres our goals going forward " type of call. With months of work left to do .

This is a good tempering of expectations for tomorrow. After there was no PR released yesterday it is becoming apparent that there is no partnership to be announced, and they can’t announce such a thing during the call as that would raise selective disclosure concerns. I am optimistic on the potential for some kind of deal, but it does look like it is in the future and we’re going to have to bear with more “we’re going to” and “we want to” type of statements. (aka forward looking) Up to this time shareholder calls in the Endurion era have left me rather disappointed, I have not sent questions in for this one. They seem to know what they are going to say and indeed it sounds like Matt Kappers simply reads his statement. If your question deals with something they intend to say then it will be addressed, questions like I have asked in the past don’t get answered for example – why isn’t CHS being sold by the trainload? That one has a snowballs chance of being answered and those are the type questions that matter because the sale of CHS was supposed to result in revenue back in 2021. I don’t expect C-Space is going to bail us out here, there was a statement in the 10Q that read the company is investigating the use of its own technology to produce an image space made of polymer or other plastic so I’m not certain the whole adventure with Adelaide is going to amount to more than what the projects with the French CEA and Eindhoven University have, which from what I can see is nothing. Does anyone really think that at this time they are working on their own image space? I do not.

I am optimistic on the battery, but the program is barely a year old. Matt Kappers suggestion that a ‘next step’ for the company would be a partnership may be accurate, but if it is too far in the future then he’s gotten all the mileage out of it that he’s going to. You can’t now say that again in three months, nobody will buy it. “Under-estimate and Over-deliver”. That might be a good slogan for the company to adopt going forward. What I now am most looking to hear tomorrow is some stats and data on the battery performance. Perhaps more about how the engineered SEI layer is constructed and how it is that it encapsulates each nano particle. Mostly I’d like to know why there are no CHS sales – have I mentioned that?? Not buying more at this time, betting there is more waiting ahead and with someone currently trying to unload a pile of their holdings I would bet the pressure downward is going to result in lower prices soon. My expectations for tomorrow are moderate, so if we get a boost from the meeting that will be a pleasant surprise.

The 10Q stated there was no warrant activity during the last three month period. The average warrant price is something more than five cents, nobody is going to exercise their warrants when the current price is 2 cents or less. Probably need a pps of 10 cents or more to entice somebody to exercise. Not an expert on these issues at all, but if there is a large holder who’s dumping I suspect that those shares are already accounted for in the OS.
