I haven't used this course but I do use Investopedia on a regular basis and find it quite useful. The course is $200 but sign up for the daily newsletter and you'll get it for $170.

TDA has massive number of classes both live and recorded, instruction videos, pdf's, you name it, all free from the very beginners to the most advanced stock trading, bonds, futures, options, and everything else. I haven't taken that particular course that you posted, but I bet a good amount that what TDA has to offer is better and more to choose from, definitely just as good.

There is no minimum to have an account, so even $200 would get you to all the education for free. $2000 minimum for option and margin trading. Of course the $25000 minimum for day trading. Could put in a $1000 and get tbill, cd, etc for over 5% with the access to all the education material they have.
