Thanks for providing that document .. I could not find it on their website and my broker has not yet sent it to us. It is pretty standard stuff and again leaves me baffled ; why the hell are they going though all this nonesense to keep this failed company alive ?

There must be some kind of relatioinship that serves a secondary purpose , otherwise why not just squeeze the remaining value out of the thing ?

I do hope that this is some kind of a secondary gig for TC .. he surly is not going to support his family and a resonanble lifestyle in California.
