So, how or why would they be able to even present this without having people using this? Was it guess work?

...imagine life in a lab w/o -before precision mic objectives, or S.E.M....they did not know what they did not know and would never ask the question...IMO...welcome to Precision (Objectives ) THINKING...say BYE, BYE to Amyloid period (clueless-snake oil ) management processes in the lab. WELCOME to the new ...AVXL..."WHAT IF" problem solving processes .

Now (IMO) we need to witness a spectacular ..."CRASH AND BURN" of the CNS diseases THINKING from the last 50+ years......some will make the leap but many will not...IMO.
