11/4/22 I wrote "Ken would be a fool to "jump-the-gun" with a PR before he is officially an "officer, director or control person" of the shell that is PLPL." Even so, stock closed at .0015.

11/7/22 --shares closed at .0017 in anticipation of the promised official PR the next day.

11/8/22-- Tad posted the "official PR" on that day as promised. It not only contradicted Ken's "the deal is done" announcement but announced a 1:100 REVERSE SPLIT would be forthcoming. Stock imploded -65% to close at .0006. Before the month ended it was languishing at .0003- .0004.

Anyone who bought at .0017 and sold at the recent .0002 lost over -88%
