Merger announced..so who needs an audit? Apparently both parties have decided to marry regardless of whether an audit has been finalized or not. If it HAS been then that's a bit more transparency and proof that the parties have actually done what they said they would. If it HAS NOT been completed then that's immaterial now because they are clearly comfortable with the DD they've conducted on each other.

IMO the PR on Tuesday will appear "officially" on PLPL's OTC "News."

So now they have a green light from Phoenix and a reverse merger essentially done. Now all they have to do is build the hotel and prove that the concept is profitable.
