Dude, I've had my company forfeited by the Texas SoS, it was accidental, and I had it restored in less than 30 days. Paperwork only, for moving to our new office location.
It also said "taxes due not paid" under Franchise and Sales Tax categories, when their new filing papers never made it to our new address thanks to the genius of USPS. So, our tax payments ran about 60 days late while we ran the issue down.

Sh!t happens.

And btw, go by their lab in College Station Texas. ENZC and the name Virogenetics show on the signs of their lab location, which I've been partially into (a small lobby area up front, at the PreClinicial Testing Building on Texas A&M's campus.)

You're news is still quite dated and not fully accurate. You claim better DD, but you don't see a single point of it, all the way through. 2+2 can't equal 3.8, you have to go all the way to 4.0 in your research. If they are a scam, and I've never seen multiple established, working labs, verified by sources NOT ENZC, involved in any sort of SCAM you are describing. If CC plans on expatriating to Bulgaria, that's about the only way he could pull such a scam off.
