Nothing wrong with rounding down to be conservative.

I can see a difference between Intel providing an MB w/ TPM (I believe the MB is built to their specs or if Intel actually builds it, same difference) and NSM being only the provider of the TPM. I am sure you recognize my point about implementation.

Is it plausible that NSM will not announce the SafeKeeper implementation unless a well known PC OEM decides to announce their product, or perhaps until SafeKeeper sales gain traction across NSM's TPM markets?

I went back through Infineon news releases including 2002, and this was the earliest PR I found of the Infineon TPM:

http://www.infineon.com/cgi/ecrm.dll/jsp/showfrontend.do?lang=EN&BV_SessionID=@@@@0606960610.106....

And the most recent Infineon/HP PR does not even contain the acronym "TPM":

http://www.infineon.com/cgi/ecrm.dll/jsp/showfrontend.do?lang=EN&BV_SessionID=@@@@1069544597.106....

I believe the SafeKeeper has indeed been released to OEMs and is in the process of being implemented in various designs...the "design wins" we have heard referenced in a recent CC. It is possible that none of these products is complete. We may learn more about SafeKeeper implementations during next week's CC.

Personally, I am hoping for ETS (direct selling by Wave) revenue guidance, as my hope is that this revenue will be realized before Intel (and NSM) licensing fees are realized.
