on Marcelli - you guys make mountains out of molehills and ignore the elephants in the room, here is how I see it, while you guys' routinely trashed talked JM for 16 years because he used LPC to finance the Operating Budget which turned out to be a brilliant move that in the LONG-TERM saved investors HUGE amounts of dilution!! Then after nearly 20 years with LWLG pinching every penny and keeping the wheels on the bus on this long & winding adventure, JM has accumulated over a million shares of incentive comp, so the F*ck what that he got a one-time bonus when it became clear that LWLG was going to be a mass commercial success, some of the details INVESTORS still are NOT privy to yet even today!!!! and this cashless exercise of expiring options is a F*cking MOLEHILL by comparison to what JM has done for LWLG over the years!!!

You should all be ashamed of yourselves, seriously!!!!
